How to get Super Saiyan 4 in Xenoverse 2?

There are quite a few characters in the game that can get Super Saiyan IV. The ones who are eligible for the Super Saiyan IV form are Goku which was pretty much obvious, Super Saiyan IV Vegeta, and Super Saiyan IV Gogeta. Since Super Saiyan IV is a very strong form, it is not given to the players until the game is completed.

Once you beat the game, that is when you become eligible for Super Saiyan IV. After completion of the game, you need to talk to a few characters and unlock the parallel questlines.

To unlock Super Saiyan IV for Goku, you can do it by beating Parallel Quest 93, which is called “Small But Strong!”. Even Vegetta can get Super Saiyan IV by beating the same quest. Do remember that to get it for Goku and Vegetta, you need to play as Goku and Vegetta, respectively.
